Have you ever had someone shake your hand on a deal only to come back around and pull the rug out from underneath you?
Of course you have!
Would you let them do it to you twice?
I did.
I allowed Weedmps to sign me up for an account and I’ll be a dog’s elbow if they didn’t quote me one price then raise the price when we were three months in and gaining clients.
The price was no longer what we agreed upon and if I didn’t like it, well I could kick rocks.
I was also reminded that they were the only game in town by the sales rep ?
They did this to me twice on two separate occasions. I had to wonder if this was a pattern or a practice?
Instead of getting angry, I rolled up my sleeves and started working on ShopMarijuana.com.
It’s been a very long time in the making and has been through a lot of changes, but here it is and it’s almost perfect (imho).
Our industry needs a more ethical and mindful way to work with our clients and with each other.
Take a look at ShopMarijuana.com. We have one set price for now and the annual fee is half the fee for one month at Weedmaps, mostly because we don’t have venture capital money we have to pay back.
