HIGH ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: PASCAL LEO CORMIER
Pascal Leo Cormier was born in a small town north of New-Brunswick, Canada, in the forest, where he was raised, probably by bears.
He first made a name for himself as an Artist in Moncton, N.B., where he would often see his face in the newspapers while looking for food in the garbage.
After seven years there, he moved to Montreal in 2012.
He lives with his fiance and baby girl, in an apartment, and when he is not painting and exhibiting his work in galleries, here and there around the world, he spends a lot of his free time terrorizing pedestrians on the streets with loud, terrifying bear sounds and rubber bear claws that he found at the thrift store.
He entered “The Lab Rat” during High Art 2019.
