Our Sales Account Managers are masters at planning & executing sales strategy, holding existing customers close and making potential customers wonder why they weren't working with us last month. They identify client needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs. Most of all, they work hard to ensure a smooth sales process by being prepared, organized, and educated on our products and the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and increase sales in assigned accounts
  • Responsible for everything directly and indirectly related to sales
  • Working with multiple departments; finance, marketing, production, and inventory on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution
  • Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer-supplier relationship
  • Prepare sales information for customers
  • Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts
  • Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
  • Schedule & attend events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities
  • Educating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing products
  • Negotiate pricing and terms
  • Keeps informed of competitor products, services and other general information of internal interest
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining sales team and assisting team in attaining new accounts
  • This position requires up to 80% travel

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, prior sales experience in local cannabis industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Possess high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
  • Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
  • ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
  • Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report, valid driver license required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Wyld requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19. This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of a vaccination.

Compensation

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive base salary, commissions, paid holidays, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
